Gooooooooooood Morning NLV, LOL like the radio show in Viet Nam. I am progressing fairly well I think. I am still baffled that the belly pain affects absolutely every thing you do. Amazing.





I will put my leg on today, I am pretty sure I could have yesterday but Doc said wait a couple days so I followed instructions.

For sure I don't want a fall because It would be a bitch to figure out how to get up. So until I am sure I can get up on my own from a fall I have to guard against one.
