Off to the park for a long stroll. I have not been doing well since Thanks giving. I am back after it. I'll do my mile as quickly as I can. Then do another at a normal enjoy the scenery rate. Then a few minutes in the gym work on back. I will try to find something to take a few pics of.

Things have been rather poor lately...as seems the norm this time of year for me. I think I suffer from SAD...
Anyway, I have quit smoking a month ago, and belive it or not...I'm feeling much better!
I've started to write a mini novela...I figure to have the first draft done by the end of Jan. Then work on the second draft and editing...hopefully ready for publishing by the end of Feb. 09.
On my blog, you asked what was the farthest I could ride with the care restrictions of my Mom. twice a year I can be gone for a week. So...the distance I can ride in three days and then back...
I don't go for the rallies anymore, so I would keep the rides slow and looky loo...back roads...just to see where I can see and the small town neat things to do!
I will have an update soon on my blog...sorry for not keeping up on it.
