Morning Stroll and a Thought

Whew now it is ready to eat !!! So I'll get after it.




Now I have made 4375 steps 2.7 miles on my walk I need to get this ready to eat!!

Here it is again over NW Las Vegas. The sun is about 10 minutes from breaking the horizon.
As I was headed to the walk this morning I had a full moon right in front of me. here it is over good ole Mc.

Romeo protecting the house as I make my morning stroll. Have been doing well on that. I am about to the point I won't be able to shorten the time. When That happens I will do the same thing with a timed 1 mile.
